We help you compare the type of care you need before continuing to a provider.
Appointments.live is an independent discovery and comparison website. We are not a medical practice, telehealth provider, insurance company or appointment scheduling platform.
1. Choose a care category
Start with the general type of appointment. We do not ask you to describe your symptoms or upload medical records. We do not diagnose conditions.
2. Check the visit format
Providers may offer scheduled video visits, on-demand physician encounters or asynchronous clinician reviews. We distinguish these formats rather than calling everything a video appointment.
3. Compare costs and limitations
We display documented prices only when supported by reliable information. Actual prices, coverage, state eligibility, visit time and prescription decisions are set by the provider.
4. Continue on the provider's site
For a listed paid partner, the link sends you directly through the advertising network to the provider's destination. We cannot access its appointment calendars, and we don't make or hold bookings.
What about unlisted providers?
Some categories are still being researched. We do not pretend we have live affiliate approval for programs that are pending or unverified.
